Shipping policy

RTS (ready to ship) items will be shipped within 7-14 business days (not including holidays and weekends).

Standard turnaround time for all other items will be 10-14 business days, although we will try our hardest to beat this!

Processing time should be calculated from the date your order was purchased up until the time frames listed above, not including weekends or holidays. This DOES NOT include shipping time. Shipping time is determined by your shipping carrier and can be tracked via email once you receive your tracking info.
